Quantitative Interaction Proteomics Data Analysis

Significance analysis of experimental interaction proteomics data. T-test based comparison of protein intensities between bait and control pulldowns adjusting for data variance as well as protein abundance in the proteome. Data is visualized as volcano plots as log-transformed p-values as function of intensity based protein ratios. Proteins that are statistically significant interaction partners of the bait are furthermore visualized in a String protein-protein interaction network.
